The prices seem to be better or comparable to those of other networks. And you get a few dollars off of your bill if you use auto pay from a debit or credit card, or bank account. Nice variety of upper class phones - You will have the choice between mainly Samsung phones and Apple products to choose from. And there are a few Alcatel phones in the mix, but the quality of your phone will be up to industry standard. Good customer service - I did have issues with my phone not working and Cricket was able to help me instantly get the help I needed and provided great customer service. Also, I have went inside the carrier's store a few times and have experienced good customer service along the way. Inexpensive Warranty - The warranty package is good and you will go through Asurion. It only costs 7 dollars per month for me. That's a nice price for cell phone coverage, if you ask me. Good treatment if you are new - If you are a new customer, you likely can get a new phone or one at a good rate. So, there is a high possibility for you to get a new phone and not have to pay much. And Cricket Wireless makes it easy for you to switch from another carrier. THE BAD Retail Prices For The Phones - Because it is a prepaid service, you will have to pay nearly full price for the phones. As I mentioned before, the choices of the phones are good, but you will be paying a healthy amount for them. You will have to pay for upgrades - Even though you will be able to upgrade phones every 90 days or so, you will have to pay a $25 upgrade fee and the price of the phone. Depending on what phone you get, that can be pretty costly. Customer service availability - As I mentioned earlier, the customer service has been fairly good in my opinion. But if you have issues with your phone and its late at night, you will NOT be able to reach a representative if its past 1am EST. The Cricket Wireless Website has a heatlhy section of support and chat, but the limited phone availability is a turn off.
